CURRENT PROJECTS AND OTHER NEWS

Currently, I am working with filmmaker Daniel Haingartner on two docudrama films. "Stellwerk N" is a cinematic reflection on the globally unique model railway layout created by the late model train builder Wolfgang Frey and is already in post-production. The second film, focusing on the theme of "Self" or self-perception, is in production.

SELF

Together with Daniel Haingartner, a producer and director, I am working on the realisation of a feature documentary about the SELF. The intricately linked questions "Who am I, and what is this I?“ are some of the most fundamental issues of our existence, after all, and we are looking forward to taking the audience with us on this exciting journey.
Daniel's background is in science, and his main focus as a Filmmaker lies on making scientific bodies of work visually and artistically approachable. Consequently, SELF is a cinematic essay, an inventory of current social approaches, historical contexts and scientific research.

It so happens that the question about the “Self” was one I was deeply invested in during my studies. It is the only actual folder from my time as a Master student at HU Berlin that I kept, not knowing that we’d make this film one day!

Daniel has co-produced DERP GIRL and worked as a line producer on my film, and I’m very much looking forward to now line producing his film!

This story will be my first feature film and is currently in development.
